SFB Summer Intensive

My daughter was accepted to San Fransisco Ballet Summer Intensive and I am very proud of her. The program starts in the end of June to the end of July (about 5 weeks). It will be very fun because some of our family lives up in San Fransisco so they can visit on the weekends. some of the classes are ballet technique, pointe, character, pas de deux, and variation class. They also have pilates, which is very good for the dancer's body. Their dormitories are at the University of San Fransisco which is a mile away from San Fransisco Ballet where they take class. My daughter knows somebody who got into the company who came from her studio so she is looking forward to seeing her in addition to seeing all of the other dancers in the company and seeing what being in a true company is all about.
